As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with autism in achieving their goals and leading fulfilling lives.

Pay Range :
- $19.50 - $24.37 Hourly; Based on education, experience and RBT certification. Responsibilities : Provide compassionate support and assistance to individuals with autism in various daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence, social interaction, and personal growth.
- Implement individualized support plans and behavioral strategies under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Maintain accurate documentation of individual progress and any incidents in accordance with organizational policies and procedures We have homes located in Dutchess, Ulster and Orange Counties :
