Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with regional sales managers and OEM customers in the HVAC equipment manufacturing sector
Provide market feedback and drive customer engagement for innovative automation and motor technologies
Engage with commercial and industrial clients to promote product adoption and sales growth
Required Qualifications
Experience in selling HVAC equipment or automation-related products such as VFDs, controls, PLCs, or coils
Strong background working with OEM customers and understanding OEM sales processes
Proven ability to engage with commercial and industrial clients
Self-driven and proactive sales approach in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating with regional sales managers
