Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA
To view all open locations, please visit www.centriaautism.com / about / careers.html.Job Summary : Supervise ABA staff to manage quality care for clients with consideration of dignity and privacy. Monitor the effectiveness of skill-building interventions utilizing ABA for children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. Conduct analyses and diagnostic testing.
Qualifications / Educational Requirements :
Responsibilities / essential functions : The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
10% (One hour of supervision / 10 hours the BT spends with the client).
Track due dates of 3 month reviews and 6 month VB-MAPP / ABLLS.
Submit weekly progress notes for each client with what was covered during supervision, progress on goals, and behavior graphing.
VB-MAPP or ABLLS at intake and every 6 months, thereafter.
Participate in team meetings
State Laws, TRICARE Programs, Medical Insurances, Medicaid Autism Waiver
Building relationships with current referral sources
