Were Looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor!

Responsibilities :

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel remain clean organized and well-maintained. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations verify that assigned areas meet company and industry standards and ensure that guests receive a consistently high level of cleanliness and service.

  • Ensure quality : Monitor the quality of cleaning services and conduct quality control checks
  • Address complaints : Respond to customer complaints and special requests
  • Inspect rooms : Check guestrooms public areas and back of the house areas for cleanliness and maintenance
  • Ensure safety : Make sure staff follow safety and hygiene protocols

Handle lost and found : Take care of lost and found items

  • Report maintenance issues : Address maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department
  • Provide assistance : Step in to help with cleaning and maintenance duties when needed

    • Requirements :

  • Proven 1 year working experience in similar roles in relevant field
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures equipment and cleaning products.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages especially Spanish is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays as required.

    • Schedule : This position requires fully availability during mornings and afternoons shift of 8 hours could be arranged between 6 : 00 am to 12 : 00 am weekends required.

    Work Location : Miami South Beach FL.

    Physical Demands : Prolonged periods of being stand and lifting 15 pounds or more

    Work Authorization : Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

    FSLA Classification : Non-exempt
