POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous barista experience, a positive attitude, and a love for coffee culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brews, following company standards.
• Take customer orders, provide beverage recommendations, and ensure a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including sanitizing equipment and workstations.
• Restock inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle cash register operations, process payments, and provide accurate change.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Engage with customers, addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

• Previous barista experience is required.
