OVERVIEW

As a Billing Analyst on the tru Independence team, you will manage client billing, invoicing, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency. This role involves processing fees, reconciling billing data and collaborating with clients, internal teams, and custodians. The ideal candidate has RIA or financial services experience, proficiency in Portfolio Accounting Systems (PAS), and strong analytical and communication skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Billing & Invoicing :

• Generate and process client billing based on discretionary agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Review and verify account values, fees, and charges in accordance with client agreements.
• Track outstanding fees and follow up to ensure timely collections and resolution of billing discrepancies.
