Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are active within the HRIS
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to complete onboarding documentation and maintain compliance
Serve as the primary contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns during onboarding
Required Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Administration
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
