• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients with emotional, behavioral, or mental health concerns
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support client growth and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and other community resources as needed
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly
• Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health awareness, and available resources
• Support crisis intervention and provide risk assessments for clients in acute distress
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
