Position Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing Aitmed’s sales and marketing strategy. This individual will lead cross‑functional marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing brand presence. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of in‑person marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, and healthcare industry trends, with a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and marketing team in both in‑person and virtual engagements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.
- Manage and mentor the sales & marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and high performance.
- Oversee the creation of high‑quality, engaging, and educational content that resonates with Aitmed’s target audience.
- Leverage SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics to drive traffic and conversions while optimizing ROI.
- Strengthen Aitmed’s brand identity through consistent messaging, storytelling, and visuals across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, preparing detailed reports to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
Qualifications
