We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to contribute efforts in building and developing the Minerals & Metals process team in the US.The preferred location for this position is Scottsdale, AZ (near Phoenix, AZ), though other US locations may be considered.

Relocation assistance may be a negotiable benefit for this position.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Lead site trouble shooting activities.

• Support the business development group, interacting with clients and helping with proposals.

• Manage small projects and/or acting as Lead Process Engineer on site activities, projects or studies as required.

• Engage with clients on set up and administration of projects.

• Define process scope and technologies.

• Be able to provide and review all process deliverables.

• Undertake trade off studies to resolve options.

• Identify, scoping and managing analysis and process test work for clients.

• Conduct capacity analysis for existing plants.

• Provide training, guidance, and supervision to junior colleagues.

What will you contribute?

• Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mineral Processing Engineering degree with ten or more years of experience.

• 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

• P.E. License or ability to become registered. (Not strictly required, although preferred)

• Extensive design, commissioning and/or operational experience of unit operations within minerals processing is highly preferred.

• Experience in the scoping and management of metallurgical test work programs (bench scale, pilot scale, on-site testing) is preferred.

• Experience in producing process deliverables and studies.

• History of leadership on projects demonstrating ability to maintain budget and schedule.

• History of working in a team environment with process and other disciplines either in an operating plant or at an engineering firm preferred.

• Desire to commit to quality.
