A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to provide remote support services for customer locations.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to and track user inquiries regarding system operations and application usage
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems, including installation and configuration of PC hardware
Log customer calls and issues into the ServiceNow ITSM and escalate unresolved problems as necessary
Required Qualifications :
Associates degree or higher in Computer Science or IT related field or equivalent experience
Experience in an industry support center or help desk environment
Working knowledge of networks and server / PC architecture
