Construction Safety Manager - Commercial Roofing

A well-respected commercial roofing contractor is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to lead safety efforts across new roof installations and re-roofing projects. If you're passionate about job site safety and experienced in commercial construction, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact-without the need for travel.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee safety on active commercial roofing sites (new construction and re-roofing)
• Enforce OSHA compliance, with a focus on fall protection and roof-specific hazards
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Lead training sessions and toolbox talks with field teams
• Investigate and document incidents, implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and crews to maintain a strong safety culture
