Physical Therapist - Outpatient Care (Full-Time, Portland Area)

What You'll Do:
  • Provide skilled physical therapy across multiple outpatient clinics.
  • Evaluate, treat, and document patient progress according to individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality care.
  • Occasionally provide specialized therapy based on department needs.
What You Need:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
  • BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Flexibility to travel to multiple clinic locations within the Portland service area.
