RETTEW is seeking an experienced Engineer of Record (EOR) to join our Municipal Team. This position will play a key role in leading the engineering design and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania.

Position Summary / What You’ll Do

As an Engineer of Record, you will provide technical leadership and professional engineering oversight on municipal projects, ensuring high-quality, code-compliant designs. You’ll serve as the signing / sealing engineer, mentor project engineers, and partner with project managers to deliver solutions that meet client goals.

Responsibilities / Day-to-Day

• Lead engineering design efforts and serve as Engineer of Record for municipal projects.
• Prepare and / or review engineering plans, specifications, and calculations for accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to project engineers and designers.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
• Interface with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure adherence to professional engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations.
