Application Systems Developer

TS / SCI with Polygraph Required

Salary Range : $127,000 - $151,800 per year

At Ops Tech Alliance we’re looking for an Application Systems Developer to design, build, and maintain modern applications that directly support mission objectives. In this role, you’ll work in secure cloud and hybrid environments, creating solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based and cloud-enabled application systems using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Collaborate with system architects and analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
• Integrate front-end and back-end systems and ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and testing
• Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Document software designs, interfaces, and support procedures
