Position Highlights :

Self-scheduled to support work-life balance

3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM)

Full-time Equivalent : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)

Schedule includes 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks, and 1 weekend per 6 weeks

Required training includes ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and Charge RN cross-training

You will rotate across various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support. Each shift presents new experiences and opportunities to enhance your clinical expertise.

Responsibilities :

Float among Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment

Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)

Flexibility : Willingness to meet the schedule requirements

Training & Skills :

Training in :

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NIHSS (Stroke Scale)

IV Ultrasound

Charge Nurse cross-training to develop leadership capabilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices, and fostering collaborative relationships with the healthcare team. You will anticipate and respond to changes in patient conditions, implementing plans of care and strategies for safety.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license in the applicable state

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Education :

Completion of an accredited nursing program

Required Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience

Skills & Abilities :

Ability to deliver holistic patient care and recognize when to intervene

Proficient in electronic medical records and excellent communication skills

Demonstrated capacity to make critical decisions

Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities
