[job_card.job_description]10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management within large-scale SAP programs (preferably in Life Sciences). Proven record in leading global transformation programs with complex stakeholder networks. Deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA and related systems (MES, Workday, Concur, Procurement). Excellent communication and executive facilitation skills. Experience with regulated environments (GxP) and validated systems. Ability to influence and drive change across technical and business domains. Certification in Prosci or similar change methodology. Experience working within pharma / biotech organizations or FDA-regulated environments. Background in training strategy and enablement.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP OCM Lead to guide the change management strategy and execution for a large-scale SAP transformation program within the Life Sciences sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can engage with executive stakeholders, build adoption plans, and lead end-to-end change initiatives in alignment with business transformation goals through 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change management strategy for SAP transformation initiatives (S / 4HANA, MES, Workday, Concur, Procurement).
- Partner closely with business leadership and project teams to align transformation objectives with adoption outcomes.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness planning across multiple global functions.
- Design and manage the communication, training, and enablement framework for system rollout.
- Serve as the main OCM liaison between business and IT to ensure alignment and commitment.
- Track change adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed throughout deployment phases.
- Mentor and manage junior change management consultants.
