ADA Eligibility Coordinator (2286) Administrative AssistantTransdev in EVERETT, WA is hiring a Administrative assistant. We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented people who will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with office administrative tasks, working closely with the Operations Manager, ADA Eligibility Specialist, eligibility applicants, and Community Transit and Everett Transit staff. - Answer incoming calls to address applicant’s questions / concerns.
- Schedule interviews and book transportation as needed.
- Create new and update existing records across all programs – Ecolane, GetGoing, Spare.
- Check in applicants upon arrival and notify ADA Eligibility Specialists that their appointment has arrived.
- Prepare eligibility determination letters and any additional letters or material to be mailed.
- Prepare Daily Determination Reports, Weekly KPI Reports, Bi-Monthly Eligible Rider Reports, Monthly CERT Reports, any additional reports as needed and send to designated recipients.
- Assist Community Transit and Everett Transit as needed.
- Collect incoming mail daily and distribute to appropriate parties.
- Process any incoming physical applications and call to schedule an interview immediately.
- Upload and scan assessments, letters, and any additional supplemental documents to applicant’s profile.
- Participate is staff meetings with leadership and / or client.
- Participate in initial and on-going training as required by Transdev and Client.
- Always provide high quality customer service, maintaining a positive attitude when interacting with applicants, support staff, and caregivers.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.Computer literate (Familiar with Microsoft Teams, Outlook,Excellent customer service skills.Ability to operate standard telephone system.Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.Physical Requirements : The essential functions of this position require the ability to :
