Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Intern

Schedule : Part-Time, Onsite (30 hours per week)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Intern to support our manufacturing operations in Manor, Texas. This hands-on internship provides real-world EHS experience in a fast-paced industrial environment and is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing a career in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field .

You'll work closely with the EHS team to support compliance, safety initiatives, sustainability projects, and continuous improvement efforts that help protect our people and our workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with safety inspections, audits, and compliance reviews across departments
• Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification , recommending corrective actions
• Support the development and delivery of safety training programs
• Assist with incident investigations , root cause analysis, and report preparation
• Review, update, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and records
• Analyze EHS data and safety metrics alongside the EHS Specialist
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact
• Support compliance with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on safety-related initiatives
