Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the Branded Website team, focusing on employee engagement and customer satisfaction
Monitor service levels and performance metrics, reporting trends to management
Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer support issues and manage support tickets
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum two years of customer service or experience in customer experience roles
One to two years of printing industry knowledge required
Two to three years of customer support experience within the printing industry
Three or more years of online trade print experience preferred
