Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to support a high school student with developmental disabilities through either a 1 : 1 BCBA or 1 : 1 Special Education Teacher role. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 2026, located in Concord, NH, within a high school setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide individualized behavioral or special education support to a 21-year-old female student.
  • Collaborate with two RBT staff to assist with transportation to and from school, community, and home activities.
  • Deliver related services and specially designed instruction during school hours.
  • Support the student with ADL skills, vocational, and leisure activities in the community.
  • Maintain data collection and documentation following established protocols.
  • If serving as BCBA, oversee the supervision requirements for the RBTs.
  • Participate in training for Safety Care, CPI, or CALM methods or demonstrate willingness to complete training.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • BCBA certification or Special Education teaching credentials.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working within school-based behavioral or special education settings.
  • Proven background in managing behavior support in educational environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team including RBT staff.
  • Strong commitment to student-focused interventions and professionalism.

    • Location : Concord, NH

    Position Details : Full-time, contract through the current school year (CSY), hours 7 : 30 am to 3 : 30 pm daily.
