Traveling Healthcare Superintendent

Expected Base Pay - $140,000 and up w/per diem

Outstanding Healthcare General Contractor is seeking to add a Traveling Lead Superintendent to their operations for projects located in the Eastern US. Projects will include partnerships with leading medical providers such as HCA, Vanderbilt University and other esteemed campuses.

The valued prospect will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of substantial hospital renovations, ground-up new construction and a proficiency with clean rooms and MEP aspects of mission critical commercial structures. You must be comfortable leading sizable teams of staff and sub-contractors; interfacing with clients; maintaining proper decorum in a setting where healthcare operations are continuing during construction, coordinating with municipal authorities and government oversight; and cultivating relationships with key participants.
