What You'll Do

• Lead restoration and construction projects from start to finish : estimating, budgeting, planning, and execution.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with timelines, quality, and budget.
• Oversee contractors and onsite personnel, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, sales) to align on project goals.
• Source materials and manage vendor / subcontractor relationships.
• Resolve onsite issues quickly and effectively.
• Present compelling value propositions to clients to support project sales.
