A company is looking for a Technology Procurement and Service Coordination Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end procurement process for software and hardware, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness
Facilitate coordination of technology service requests and maintain communication with vendors to ensure timely service delivery
Assist in coordinating technology projects and initiatives, tracking progress and supporting milestone adherence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Solid financial acumen with experience in budget tracking and cost management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes is preferred
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI and Excel, is a plus
