Your Role as a Tax Associate In this position, you'll leverage your skills and build unmatched expertise while enjoying diverse and rewarding projects. You'll have the opportunity to :

• Prepare basic to complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, not for profit and more.
• Work on tax projections , amended returns, employee benefit plans, property tax refunds, and payroll compliance strategies.
• Dive into various tax programs with a foundational understanding of tax law .
• Work side-by-side with experienced partners, directors, and managers to sharpen your skills.
• Begin preparing for the CPA exam and set yourself up for long-term professional success.

Olsen Thielen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and recognize your value to the firm. The starting salary range for this role is $67,000.00 based on factors like experience, qualifications, and organizational needs. Compensation also includes a bonus structure and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program. Pay will be prorated based on the seasonal workload.
