If you’re seeking a dynamic night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and opportunities for growth within one hospital, our Internal Float Pool may be the perfect fit for you! You will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, providing diverse experiences and chances to enhance your clinical skills.
What You'll Do :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.Adapt quickly to different workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.What We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Flexibility : Ability to commit to the schedule requirements outlined above.Training & Skills :
Training includes :ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)NIHSS (Stroke Scale)IV UltrasoundCharge Nurse Cross-Training to build leadership skills.What You'll Get :

Your role will include providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in line with established standards. You will utilize evidence-based practices and clinical judgment to promote the best patient experience across the care continuum.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).Degrees :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Required Functional Experience :
Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
