CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and manage a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency in financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards

Oversee client engagements including revenue cycle management, expense management, and monthly financial close

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, conducting performance reviews and supporting recruitment efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager

2+ years of audit work experience in a CPA firm

Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
