Days, 2 : 00pm- 10 : 00pm- Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing

Are you looking for a team focused and energizing role in a skilled nursing facility and rehab center? Then Hartsfield Village's CNA position may be what you are looking for! The CNA provides basic patient care. CNA practices in accordance with current established standards of care, the Powers Health policies and procedures, and supports the mission and philosophy of Powers Health.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides basic care to patients under the guidelines set forth according to policies and procedures.
• Answers call lights, telephones, and / or respond to patient requests; acts on routine requests and / or relays information to proper personnel.
• Serves patient food trays, snacks, and / or nourishment
• Assists with patient mobility, (i.e., lifts, positions patient in bed, transfer between wheelchair and bed, and between cart and bed)
• Assists with patient ambulation as directed.
• Assists in preparing patient transfer and / or discharge.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and aseptic environment in assigned work areas.
