Manage daily operations for a student housing community - 1k beds
Oversee financial aspects & reporting
Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction
Lead team and enforce company procedures
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
3+ years of property management experience - student housing
Strong financial and budgeting skills
Great customer service approach

Base salary depends on overall experience - Up to $95k
