Engage with potential clients to understand their construction financing needs, timelines, and challenges. Determine whether the prospect is a good fit for the company’s lending solutions. Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and senior account executives or lending officers. Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, or events. Provide feedback on the quality of leads and campaign performance. Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in the company’s CRM system. Track progress toward targets and goals. Stay updated on construction lending trends, regulations, and competitive offerings. Understand the loan products offered, including terms, rates, and criteria. Build rapport with prospects to nurture them into long-term clients. Represent the company at industry events or networking opportunities. As a Sales Development Representative “SDR” , you’ll play a critical role in generating leads, building relationships, and setting the state for the sales team. We’re looking for detail-oriented, proactive professionals who excel in fast-paced environments while managing risk effectively.
