Job Summary : Join our dedicated nursing team as a Registered Nurse where you will provide both routine and complex care to patients, demonstrating a proactive approach to nursing practices. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, employing appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers regarding health issues and resources.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities as a Leader of Self, Others, or Leaders in accordance with OneCHRISTUS Competencies.
