Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions across the consumer credit lifecycle

Build and iterate on agentic AI solutions, contributing to the development of intelligent agents for marketing decision-making

Collaborate with partners across Marketing, Product, and Technology to align analytics initiatives with strategic business objectives

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics and modeling within consumer lending or financial services

8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark, and modern AI agent frameworks

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field

Hands-on expertise in building agentic AI systems applied to marketing analytics or consumer lending use cases
