What Youll Do on a Typical Day :

• Arrange and change domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexities, for air, ground, rail, and lodging accommodations.
• Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including native Sabre and Amadeus.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
• Act as a trusted consultant by using your travel expertise to proactively provide, offer, and sell additional services to clients to meet their needs while adhering to their companys travel policy.
• Work individually and as a team to meet business goals, which may include customer satisfaction, call adherence, and service metrics.

What Were Looking For :

Candidates should be comfortable working any 8-hour assigned shift during business hours : Monday-Friday 5 : 00am-6 : 00pm Pacific Standard Time.

Location : United States

The US national base salary range for this position is from $39,200.00 - $72,800.00. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidates relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and / or company performance.
