Job Description

Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and equipment reliability.

Develop and implement SOPs to maintain compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.

Monitor and improve production efficiency through proactive maintenance strategies.

Oversee employee training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.

Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance activities with production goals.

Manage shift schedules and performance evaluations for the maintenance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Manager should have :

• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and GMP compliance.
• Experience creating and implementing SOPs.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage shift schedules effectively.
• Skills in troubleshooting mechanical and technical equipment issues.
• Familiarity with safety standards and performance management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
