Picasso Restaurant Group is opening our newest caf inside the Pavilion at Michigan Medicine, and we are looking for enthusiastic team members to join us as Sandwich Artists & Salad Bar Attendants. If you enjoy working with fresh ingredients and providing excellent service, this is the job for you!

Position : Sandwich Artist & Salad Bar Attendant

Location : Pavilion at Michigan Medicine Ann Arbor, MI

Hours : Full-time and part-time available

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and salads to order with accuracy and care
  • Maintain and stock the salad bar with fresh, appealing selections
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are met
  • Assist with other food prep and service duties as needed

Requirements :

  • Previous food service or prep experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
