Executive Search Associates is conducting a search for a Laboratory Services Director for a 99-bed acute care hospital in the Wichita area.

This pivotal role also includes administrative oversight of the respiratory care department. Responsibilities

  • Oversee hospital clinical laboratories, neurology laboratory, and respiratory care department.
  • Lead departmental strategic and budget planning initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth operations through policy development, quality assurance, and equipment management.
  • Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations for a diverse team of professionals.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Work effectively with other departments and external partners.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master's Degree a plus!)
  • MT / CLS
  • 5 years of clinical lab experience
  • 2 years of hospital supervisory experience
