We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director, SQL Infrastructure and Operations to lead our enterprise database infrastructure strategy and operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, optimization, and support of robust, secure, and scalable SQL environments across our multi-tenant and international footprint.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position for a highly experienced database professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about data performance, reliability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for SQL infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.

Lead and mentor a global team of database engineers and administrators.

Oversee design and maintenance of highly available, multi-tenant SQL Server environments.

Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for critical database issues.

Partner with application teams, DevOps, InfoSec, and business units to meet evolving data requirements.

Required Qualifications

The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
