The Manufacturing Technology Center Manager will lead innovative initiatives, drive operational improvements, and foster a collaborative environment where your voice is heard and your ideas matter. In this role, your responsibilities will be :

• Lead and manage the Manufacturing Technology Center, ensuring alignment with Emerson's strategic goals.
• Drive innovation and implement new technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to a safer, smarter workplace.
