Technical Program Manager

The Enterprise Experience team ensures that Autodesk's global workforce is empowered with the tools, technology, and seamless experiences that drive efficiency and productivity across the company. The Enterprise Experience (EXP) team at Autodesk is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across our organization. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Experiences, this role will be critical in shaping how Autodesk empowers its employees with modern tools, seamless operations, and collaborative platforms. As a key member of the Enterprise Experience leadership team, you will partner across teams like Digital Employee Experience, Digital Operations, Enterprise Collaboration, and Media Production Services. You'll be responsible for driving strategy, planning, and execution at the organization level and leading cross-functional programs that span Autodesk's enterprise ecosystem. This role requires a highly organized and analytical leader who can see both the big picture and the execution details. You'll need to balance long-term strategy with short-term priorities, connecting programs and processes to measurable impact while ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Salary transparency :
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $117,100 and $189,420. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
