Key Responsibilities
Analyze client questions and concerns, escalating issues as necessary
Provide client support services through timely responses to calls and emails
Coordinate project setup and maintain the Payroll Forms document repository
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of software implementation or project onboarding experience
Experience supporting accounting or business operations software
Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
