A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst, Social Health Information Exchange (SHIE).

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SHIE, managing product configuration and reporting

Lead product implementation and customer onboarding, ensuring successful integration and adoption

Track project progress and prepare status reports, facilitating communication among stakeholders

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

3-5 years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Technical Support, or Application Support role

Demonstrable experience as an SME for a complex technical product, including system configuration and reporting

Strong proficiency in analyzing system data flows and familiarity with API concepts

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of Health Information Exchange (HIE) concepts
