As a Fitness Coach you can expect to be a top performer of the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve weight loss, strength and conditioning or other goals
• Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t, like a Fitness Instructor would do
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Being part of a studio team dedicated to growing its membership, working directly with Sales Associates to close memberships
• Help create an exciting community by participating in events, engaging with members, and reaching out to members and prospective members

Candidates must meet these requirements:

• Personal Trainer. Hold and maintain a current personal training fitness certification
• Able to complete the proprietary OTF fitness certification (paid, upon hire)
• AED/CPR certified (suggested)
• Previous Orangetheory coaching experience a plus!
