Overview

Key Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist, in any status , to join our team in the Westpoint / Keokuk, IA area in a SNF setting.

The hourly rate for this role is $48+.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

As a Physical Therapist (PT) for Key Rehab, you will :

  • Therapists will evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
  • This role also includes supervising PTAs within the facilities.
  • The position is divided between Home Health and SNF settings and offers a weekend schedule, which can reduce the need for childcare at home.

    • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications :

  • Accredited Education : Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
  • Active Licensure : Current PT license in the state of practice.
  • Ethical Compliance : Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions.
  • Flexibility and Team Collaboration : Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment.
  • Exceptional Communication : Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
  • Experience with Geriatric Population : Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations : Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
