Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards to provide insights on delivery and financial health
Perform deep-dive analysis on utilization rates and capacity forecasting, providing data-backed recommendations to leadership
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and enhance data integrity
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in operations reporting, analytics coordination, or business operations
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data cleaning
Experience building dashboards, preferably in Looker
Ability to pull data from tools like HubSpot and project management systems
Preferred experience in an agency or professional services environment
