Experienced Electronic Warfare Engineer

located in

Berkeley, MO.

Lead collaboration with Suppliers to develop and enhance advanced electronic warfare systems, ensuring that designs meet specifications and operational requirements.

Collaborate with Suppliers to develop and refine electronic warfare systems, ensuring alignment with requirements and specifications.

Assist in the integration of electronic warfare systems into a tactical aircraft platform, ensuring that all components function together effectively.

Conduct assessments of electronic warfare technologies and systems, analyzing performance metrics and compliance to requirements and standards.

Develop and implement test plans and procedures to validate the functionality and effectiveness of electronic warfare systems, including both laboratory and flight testing.

Identify, troubleshoot and resole technical issues that arise during the development and integration phases of the electronic warfare systems.

Ensure that all electronic warfare systems meet relevant military and regulatory standards, including safety and operational requirements.

Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines and coordinating resources related to electronic warfare system development.

Provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of products, offering guidance and assistance in resolving complex issues.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Top Secret Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.

~ An interim and / or final U.Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry

~5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor degree OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

Experience in writing and / or reviewing Environmental Qualification Test Procedures and reports.

Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) analysis.

Experience with tactical aircraft programs.

Typical Education / Experience :

Level 3 : Education / experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
