**Key Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or 10 years of Operations Management experience.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in machine manufacturing or industrial process operations.
- Proven track record with 10 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient in SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comprehensive understanding of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, and loss control programs is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt within a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Adept knowledge of equipment operations and troubleshooting.
