Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and special events.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other external partners to secure necessary services and equipment.
• Manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and schedules.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, such as invitations, programs, and attendee lists.
• Handle on-site event management, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to improve future events.
• Support marketing efforts to promote events, including social media and email campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to event activities.
