Summary :

The Associate Director Foundation develops compelling content campaigns and messaging to engage donors prospects and the broader addition the position supports philanthropic initiatives through visually compelling design and multimedia storytelling. The Associate Director develops print and digital materials manages creative projects and produces engaging graphics and videos that bring campaigns and donor stories to life. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign Photoshop Illustrator and Canva is required along with experience in video editing and project management. The Associate Director collaborates with Foundation staff to deliver high-quality on-brand materials that inspire donors engage the community and strengthen philanthropic impact.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Preferred Requirements :

Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator) and Canva .

Experience with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or equivalent).

Salary Range : Minimum 30.19 / hour - Maximum 48.30 / will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
