A company is looking for a Sr. Director Beauty Field Sales & Education.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee North America Field Sales and Education team for Prestige Brands, driving retail sales and market share

Lead and inspire teams to achieve KPIs, implement education programs, and ensure operational excellence across retail locations

Analyze sales and education performance, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance strategies and customer experiences

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

10+ years of experience in field sales and education within the prestige beauty industry

Experience managing large, multi-branded field teams and calling on major US retail accounts

Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital education tools

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
