JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Labor and Delivery Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

• The Manager ensures high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department.
• The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Labor and Delivery Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• 1+ years of RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR) leadership experience within the L&D.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred

· Salary Range: Min: $36.43; Mid (10 years of experience): $45.54; Max (15+ years of experience): $51.00
